　　去年暑假，我和爸爸妈妈一起开开心心去北京参加比赛，虽然我只拿到了一个“优秀奖”，但是妈妈鼓励我说比赛重在参与。

　　我的课余生活不但给我带来了快乐，也给全家人带来了快乐。

　　今天， 六月一日 既是儿童节，又是星期一，我早早的去上学，因为我要参加升旗仪式。我穿上新衣服，戴上鲜艳的`红领巾。升旗仪式开始了，我站在队伍里，觉得我自己很神气！

　　到了中午，我约了好朋友杨靖宇到我家来玩。妈妈给我们做了很好吃的饭菜，我们一起看了电视节目，我们玩得可高兴了！

　　At noon, I invited my good friend Yang Jingyu to my home. Mom cooked us delicious food. We watched TV together. We had a good time!

　　下午有美术手工课，我们做了小鱼，我做了五条。放学回到家我送给了妈妈一条，我和妈妈都高兴的笑了，我们笑得那样开心！

　　In the afternoon, there is an art and crafts class. We made fish and I made five. When I came home from school, I gave my mother a piece. My mother and I both laughed happily. We laughed so happily!

　　今天过得真快乐！

　　What a happy day!

　　暑假的一天，天气风和日丽的。蓝蓝的天空中，飘着几朵白云。我和几个小朋友来到公园玩儿。

　　One day of summer vacation, the weather is sunny. There are some white clouds floating in the blue sky. I came to the park with some children.

　　哇！公园里可真美丽呀！小鸟在树枝上欢快地唱歌，蝴蝶在花丛中快乐的跳舞，一群群小鱼在小溪里自由自在的游来游去。

　　WOW! What a beautiful park! Birds are singing happily on the branch, butterflies are dancing happily in the flowers, and a group of small fish are swimming freely in the stream.

　　小朋友们一来，公园里一下子热闹起来了。看，有的小朋友在跳绳，有的在捉迷藏，有的在荡秋千，有的在玩滑梯……

　　As soon as the children came, the park became lively. Look, some children are skipping rope, some are playing hide and seek, some are swinging, some are playing slide

　　我们呢？我们在树林里玩“森林大冒险”呢。丁丁找了一个“丈八蛇矛”，冬冬拿了一对“日月双股剑”，我找了一把“青龙偃月刀”。玩着，玩着，空然来了一群蜜蜂，把我们吓得屁滚尿流。我们连忙从树林里跑了出来。

　　What about us? We play "forest adventure" in the woods. Ding Ding found a "Zhang eight snake spear", Dong Dong took a pair of "sun and moon double Swords", and I found a "green dragon Yan Moon knife". Play, play, empty came a group of bees, scared us to shit. We rushed out of the woods.

　　真是快乐的`一天。

　　It’s tough to be unhappy when you’re outside running, playing, and sweating. Exercising helps us not to sweat the small stuff—the little things that annoy us and take us off track from happiness. Another note: after exercising and sweating, please shower before returning to your workplace. This has a direct effect on the happiness of those around you.

　　你在户外跑步、游戏和流汗时，很难会感到不开心。锻炼能帮助我们避免庸人自扰的情绪——那些让我们烦恼并且不开心的鸡毛蒜皮的小事。另一个提醒：锻炼且出汗后，在返回工作时请先冲个澡。这直接影响着你周围那些人的心情。

　　We also believe that eating healthy is a key happiness factor. Traditional “comfort foods” laden with white flour and sugar might not be making you happy. We are not experts, but we do believe a healthy diet of natural foods increases the happiness factor.

　　2. Sleep More

　　Nothing helps you sleep at night better than an honest day of hard work. For employees with growing children, pass on this one. You aren’t going to sleep for 18-20 years.

　　4. Spend More Time with Family and Friends

　　Become friends with your work associates and you’ll spend even more time with those you care about. Believe that people are doing the best with the current resources available to them. Stop wasting time judging your coworkers.

　　和你的工作伙伴交朋友，你将有更多时间陪伴那些你关爱的人。相信人们借助其目前可用资源能够最出色地完成任务。不要将时间浪费在评判你的同事上。

　　5. Spend More Time Outside

　　We come up with our best ideas not in offices, but while we take walks, go out on the lake for sales board meetings, and play ultimate Frisbee.

　　最好的点子不是产生在办公室里，而是在我们散步、在湖边举行销售会议和玩极限飞盘时出现。
