　　虽是英语专业的学生，却一直不知道该怎么学英语，找到一个方法，没坚持几天就放弃了，以至于到现在英语水*还不咋的，提到英语时很不自信。有时想想，一个英语专业的学生，英语不行，真的是挺可悲的。整天混迹在大学校园，偶尔拿六级和专四成绩来安慰自己，实际上是在自欺欺人。考试成绩并不能反映一个人的真正的英语水*，成绩高只能说明自己擅长考试。想到这儿都有些“痛恨”这么多年来的英语学*，甚至连“学*”都称不上，纯粹为了应付各种各样的考试，浪费了很多时间。从初中到大学一直在学，仍旧学的一滩糊涂，时间不是问题，根源在于方法不对，从启蒙阶段就缺乏正确的引导，走入了一个误区，而且越走越远，以至于出现了今天这种局面。基础知识很不扎实，听、说、读、写、译没有一样能拿的出手，非英语专业的都比我们强。

　　一直觉得听力和口语是我的弱项，但我没想到竟然会差到这种地步。讲座期间老师给对我们在座同学的口译水*做了一个测试，我竟然只得了55分，作为英语专业大三的学生，竟然做成这样。考试材料是一段40秒的VOA Special （Se1530news/All—in—1—min/AP news）， 我们用的是最低一级的Se1530news， 听三遍之后我们用五分钟的时间将其译出，在未开始之前我还挺自信的，因为我们大一时听的是* special，大二时老师就让我们听standard了，还推荐我们听* * NPR， 而大三我们没听力课了，*时泛听时听的是*（studens on the news），没觉出有太大的问题，但经过今天的测试，我不得不对自己的学*进行深刻的反思。从学英语开始，一直被老师牵着鼻子走，从未想过哪种方法是真正适合自己的，为了考试而学英语，过分的关注数量而忽略了质量，过度的看重结果，未用发展的眼光看问题。两个人的考试成绩一样，并不代表他们的在同一水*线上。学英语是不能偷懒的，如果基础不行，越往后学会越吃力，地基没打好，盖起来的楼房早晚会倒塌的，这只是一个时间问题。

　　现在老师教课的目的很大程度上在于助我们考试过关，帮我们顺利拿到学分，他们也能顺利成章的拿到奖金，而并不会关心我们的真实水*是怎样的。所以要想真正的学好英语，还要靠自己。* special 还没听懂的时候，老师告诉我们该听standard 了，然后我们就丢下慢速英语然后去听常速的，有意义吗？学*本来是通过观察我也发现，凡是那些特别强的人，基本上都不是按照老师的套路走，而是掌握着一套真正适合自己的学*方法。今天下午给开讲座的这位老师，高三时英语过六级了，大一过了专四，大二过了专八，后来通过全国翻译专业资格（水*）CATTI考试，大三没上，直接跳到了大四，很强。可如果她按照老师给设定的套路，这一切就不可能实现了。高中老师教授的英语最高也就四级水*，到了大学里，老师第一年教的东西也达不到专四水*，所以她只所以能做到这点，靠得还是自己。另外，彩梅老师（语言学博士，学校高薪聘请的）也说过，听老师的，学*也学不好，要靠自己。现在想想，真的是这么回事，老师讲得不一定对，讲得内容不一定对应自己的真实水*，而且老师教的方法也未必适合自己，所以，自学是很重要的，脚踏实地，宁缺毋滥，学过的就要会。学*英语，最重要的一个字是“精”。如果能有幸得到高人指点，那就太好了。如果没有，也不要抱怨，一个人一种命。

　　通过这次讲座，看清了自己这么多年来在英语学*上的误区，挺受刺激的。初中三年，高中四年（现在细想，复*那年之所以一年之内英语成绩提高了三十分，有了质的飞跃，真的是得益于张老师，特别注重我们的基础知识学*，稳扎稳打。可惜，这种方法只坚持了一年，到大学里在不同科目老师的“忽悠”下，又回到了“歪路”上。），大学三年，学了十年英语了，还是现在这水*，真的很不应该，可这也是我无法回避的残酷现实。在大学里自由自在学*的时间已经不多了，从明天起，要好好利用时间，做对提高自己的英语水*真正有益的事，踏踏实实，稳扎稳打，只要学过的就牢牢地记住，学以致用。都到这份上了，如果再过分的看重成绩的话，真的是一件很蠢的事。毕业之后，没人会在乎在大学里听力考了多少分，高英考了多少分类似这种没意义的问题，满分在实际社会上没有意义。但是所有的人都会在意你的真实英语水*是怎样的，学了就要会用，作为一个该专业的学生，就应该有专业水*，要有自己的竞争优势。

　　没有掌握英语犹如缺乏一种思想，缺少了一个重要的知识源泉。可以这样说，学会英语，不但多了一双眼睛，一对耳朵，和一条舌头，甚至是多了一个头脑！因为语言是人类思维的工具，认识世界的工具，掌握一种语言也即掌握了一种观察和认识世界的方法和*惯。

　　从日常工作中的点点滴滴，总结以下几点反思：

　　小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学*英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学*语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学*中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学*能力，也难减轻学*负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学*。

　　“不学*语言规则、不掌握相当数量的词汇，英语应用能力就是空中楼阁”。俄罗斯通常在初中一年级开设英语课（相当于我国的小学5年级），每周3节课，第一学年即要求掌握约1300个英语词汇，学生到高中毕业时要掌握1万以上词汇，基本可以读懂英文原著。而我国现在对高中毕业生的要求是掌握2000词汇（包括词组），新研制的'课程标准'要求掌握4000个左右的词汇。我们应该借鉴国外的经验，尽快解决英语教学费时较多、收效较低的现状。

　　而目前在小学的低年级的英语教学中，不要求学生掌握词汇，而只要求学生能根据提示或图片说出该单词，其本质无非是要学生们死记硬背，鹦鹉学舌。由于小学生们没有相应的读音规则训练，不熟悉词汇的拼写规则，单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一起，因而导致了单词记忆的困难，并成了小学生学英语的瓶颈。

　　从我接到参加这次“国培计划”——农村中小学骨干教师的培训的通知，成为小学英语班的一名学员，到现在，已经有半年了。在这些日子里，国培伴随我度过快乐充实的每一天。回顾自己的学*历程，每天的感觉是幸福而又充实的，因为面对的是不同风格的名师，听的是不同类型的讲座，写的是自己真实的感受和想法。它就像我生活中的一个密不可分的老朋友，时常地伴随在我的左右，每一次的交流都能让我感受到思想的洗礼和火花的碰撞。总而言之，要感谢国培，它切切实实地让我在国培中提升，在反思中成长。

　　这次培训我们经历了四个阶段的学*，第一阶段是小学英语教材、教学目标和教学设计的分析与设计，第二个阶段是小学英语综合语言运用能力的培养和实施，第三个阶段是在岗实践的指导课学*，第四个阶段是专家视频在线指导与答疑。

　　一、聆听专家们的讲座使我受益。

　　讲座中提到了传统教学中把教材视为“圣经”的做法。在新课标下，对教材的分析作了这样的阐述:不是“教教材”，而是“用教材教”。这一阐述让我如梦初醒，原来对教材的分析可以做到如此透彻——从分析教材的地位和作用入手，分析教材的内容、结构和特点。在分析教材时，要把单元教材分析考虑进去，不能只是侧重一个课时的分析，要设定单元教学目标，才能实现单元中课时目标的螺旋上升。

　　二、国培，更新了我的教育教学理念。

　　通过这次学*我发现，小学英语新课程与以往课程相比，在课程理念、课程结构、课程内容、课堂教学、课程和教学管理、考试评价等各方面都发生了很大变化。我们必须以积极的.心态面对新课程，要不断的更新自己教育教学理念和知识体系，及时补充新知识，并对原有知识进行整合。这就更需要教师调整自己原有教学思路和方法，使自己的教学步伐适应新的教育时代发展的形式。

　　不仅如此，还要更新教师的角色。新课程中教师的角色也发生了很大的变化。传统的教学几乎都是强行灌输。教师负责教，学生负责学。教师教什么，学生就学什么。教师怎样教，学生就怎样学。最后导致了学生不爱学，不会学。而新课程明确指出，教师在课堂中的角色是应该转变的。从指导者转变为组织者、参与者和合作伙伴。教师是知识的传播者，不仅要把基础知识和基本技能传播给学生，还必须关注学生的学*过程与方法，增强了对学生情感、态度与价值观的培养。应创设与学生生活密切相关的情境激发学生的求知欲，使学生由被动学变为我想学、我要学;引导学生进行自主探究学*，让学生充分自主探索、合作交流，自己发现问题，归纳出解决问题的方法、规律。教师的角色的改变让我重新审视自己的教学，观注学生的情感、态度与价值观，从学生的实际出发，了解学生个体的差异性，因材施教，有针对性地进行教学。

　　三、国培，使自身素质不断提高。

　　通过学*，自身素质方面的提高是不言而喻的，培训使我对专业知识的理解更深刻，加强了对新课程的认识和理解。其他方面也有很大收获。从全面分析教材到准确表述教学目标，从设计教学步骤到反思教学过程，从激发学生英语学*的兴趣到提高学生综合语言运用能力等，我现在能够更好地管理班级，优化自己的教学设计，提高自己的教学效率。课堂是教师的主要活动场所，教师的一言一行、一招一式都体现着自己的教学理念。作为新时代的教师，更应该审时度势，使自己的业务水*不断提高。学*英语的最终目的不是只是学会做题，而是在恰当的环境中使用英语进行交际。

　　网络学*带给人们的一大好处是方便快捷。教师们凭借着这样一个*台，交流着教学的心得体会，讨论着教学中遇到的种种困惑，思考着如何更好地提高教学水*。在交流过程中，我了解到各学校的教学的不同情况，也积极地发贴回贴。在讨论中，教师们畅所欲言，提出了许多英语教学中的实际的观点和问题，这些问题也得到专家们的重视，他们的网上答疑也给了我们很好的启示，对于我们今后的教学有着积极的促进作用。

　　五、国培，树立了我树立终身学*的观念。

　　知识也有保持期。在这个信息高速发展的时代，无论是专业理论知识还是专业教学技能，都在日益更新，不断发展。作为新时代的教师，不能墨守成规，一成不变地按照自己的传统观念和思想进行教学。教师的专业发展一般可分为四个基本阶段，即新手阶段、胜任阶段、熟手阶段、专家阶段。分析自己的情况，应该属于“新手阶段”，还需太多的磨练和学*，今后要向课本学*，向专家学*，多读教育教学方面的书籍;向有经验的教师学*，多参加听课、评课活动，多与同事进行交流，加强教师间的合作，或者利用网络与更多的同行进行交流与学*，树立终身学*的观念。

　　教育是一项充满智慧的事业，我将带着收获、带着感悟、带着信念、带着满腔热情，投入到今后的教育教学工作中。我要汲取专家的精华，反思自己的教学行为，让自己在教育教学实践中不断成长，使自己的教学水*和教学能力都能有所进步。今后我会学以致用，结合我校的实际情况，及时为学校教学和发展出谋划策。

　　这是我大学三年学*英语的总结，此文是根据不同学*阶段而做出的相关总结；鉴于大家的学*阶段及其在学*中所存在的一些问题，我着重介绍初级阶段，希望有助于你们的学*！

　　英语的学*是一个漫长而枯燥的过程，并且它是一个持续性很强的过程，外语的学*没有绝对的天才，因为这是一门很复杂的学科，同时它又是一门实践性很强的学科；实际上，它是一种毅力的比拼，尤其你想把它学得特别精通，特别顶尖，你需要付出很多常人无法想象的努力，更为重要的是；每天坚持，坚持坚持再坚持! 其实任何一门语言都是这样的，都需要我们学*者拥有足够的自信、坚持不懈的信念、以及满懐激情的心态去接受外语。同时它更是对我们一种毅力，决心的考验；谁拥有这一切，谁就会在经过付出与努力后获得成功。所以，在这里我想对你们说；我们每一个人都站在同一个起跑线上，从一开始我们都是一样的水*，只是后来的后来很多人因为对英语的学*方法不当，或者是因为没有兴趣；或者是学了一段时间以后没有成效，便放弃。其实这些问题我都有过。所以你们所面对的种种客观或者主观因素我都是感同深受。

　　假如你是一名英语爱好者我想你极为希望自己能够说出一口流利的英语，因为在全球化背景下的*，某种意义上；英语已成为同世界沟通的主要工具且是必要的工具，然而，在咱们国家始终有很大一部分人学*英语多年仍旧很难说出一口流利的英语，由于中英语言的差异性极大，始终存在着某种语言壁垒；这使得我们在学*过程中难以克服这些壁垒；以至于我们花费了很多时间去学*往往得不到如愿的效果；事实上我们在学*过程中个人原因扮演着最为重要的角色。

　　首先我就对英语的学*划分为三个阶段即初、中、高级

　　1、初级阶段

　　一 、听力方面

　　英语的学*是由点滴开始也就是从易到难，刚开始听力是也我学*外语的第一道障碍，同样这一关也是我们每一位初学者学*外语的第一大障碍，大多数学*者深有体会；自己*时的念得书感觉还不错！如果真的同外国人交流时就觉得*时学的东西派不上用场，听外国人讲外语感觉只能听懂几个词，太长的句子更难以理解；上述这些情况容易影响我们的兴趣与信心；借此机会我想对大家说的是。一定要在这一步坚持下来；外语的学*主要是取决于自己的毅力。因此我要说的是我们每个语言爱好者都要把握好每一分钟。关键是看自己能不能坚持下去，学*外语一定要把听力这关攻破了，一定要让自己多听，听力的最高境界；就是把所有能够听得外语资源当做歌曲的心态去欣赏，如果能够做到英语时刻相伴与你，那就达到了练*听力的最佳状态，也是最高境界。这样一来我们还愁听力不能被攻破吗？听力是外语学*的基础所在。我想你一定行的只要自己坚持了，一定会是距离胜利的曙光越来远*，胜利之神就在你前面。

　　二、 语法

　　我要说的是语法，事实上语法只影响*学生学*外语最为根深蒂固的思想，很多人我敢说绝大部分人都极重视语法，都觉得语法是学*英语最有效的方法之一。其实我的语法一塌糊涂，在我学*英语的之初我的英语语法什么都不知道，现在仍然不知道，其实你可以结合咱们的母语比较一下。汉语作为母语我们可以聊天，可以用汉语进行文字交流，可是如果问一下；我们一般的*民（语言学者除外）有多少人能够弄得清楚我们所说的每一句话的语法呢？我想你也不会吧，更何况是外语呢？曾经我和几个外国朋友一起玩，无意中他们提到*学生学*英语；他们对我说；你们*很多英语学*者都极为重视语法，并且在说的时候为了完美而出错，这是我的老外朋友*时在接触*英语学*者的过程中发现的一个问题，实际上，对于外语来说。我们应该更注重实践，怎样进行手的实践呢？我想说的是应该多记忆文章，我们在说汉语时之所以不怎么了解汉语语法的情况下都能够进行沟通那是因为我们从小到大的过程中有意识或无意识的记忆了很多句子，所以我们会自己的母语，外语更难的就是因为没有语言交流环境，营造外语环境需要我们加强投入，培养兴趣等。不要一味的去寻求外语的语法化，这样往往不会给予广大学*者带来质的飞跃。

　　三 、口语

　　提到口语；我想这也是很多学*者极为关心的话题。怎样才能说出标准且流利的美式或者英式英语？又或者怎样毫不混淆的说出美英两种不同风格的英语呢？其实这需要我们*时的积累并且注重对两门外语的语言语调进行比较分析，所以只要该做的都做了，那你的英语学*就变得越来越简单。

　　说它难学那还是有一部分人会很流利地同老外聊天、交友。总体而言，不会说英语的人的比例远比会说英语的大，会熟练地操作与运用外语的则是更少，能够做同步翻译的则是更更少，所以我想对于很大一部分人说；能够同外国人毫不费力的交流，没有汉语翻译的情况下看得懂欧美电影，或能够毫不费力的听懂* * ABC VOA,CCTV9等主要英语新闻或者广播，再或者能够听懂自己所喜爱的欧美流行歌曲，那不都是你们所希望的，不是吗？我们是为了运用与利用英语而对他的学*，能够听得懂英语以及会说英语要远远难于看得懂英语，这就为什么我们中很大一部分学*者能够看得懂不同类型的英语文章却有很多人不会说；外语的学*是个漫长而艰辛的过程，它更是一个坚持不懈的过程；同样坚持的过程中要科学的学*，不要盲目且没有目标的学*。怎样提高在英语的听说能力呢我想有很多优秀的成功者已经用他们的实践向我们证明，英语的学*是靠读，听，写融为一体的过程，的确在我的学*过程中，我仍旧是在这些传统的方法扩展开来，好的口语怎么来，事实上，在我们身边有很多学*的好资源供我们使用，只要我们利用好那我们的口语一定会有质的飞跃，甚至你会发现其实外语会给你带来很多乐趣，这些乐趣只有自己从什么都不会，开始一步一步的征服前进中所遇到的每一个困难而感悟，因为别人告诉你的永远没有自己去体验更具有滋味，因此我们的每一名为英语而苦苦挣扎的朋友们，路就在你我的脚下，为什么不继续走下去呢？

　　英语口语训练在我们的日常生活中，比如我们可以据个人的学*阶段与水*进行练*和学*。

　　首先对于初等水*的，在学*过程中可以可根据自己水*选定相关的书籍进行练*，如果想让自己的发音更标准，那就去书店购买一些外籍人士领读的发音磁带或者MP3或者视频教学的也可以；不断地模仿。在模仿之初你可以对着镜子念发音。感受发音是从什么地方发出的？这样练*坚持练*一个月，你的发音绝对没问题，然后可以购买一些句子或者简单文章的英语书籍，如果觉得理解有难度可以购买中英互译的书籍，怎么学呢首先要了解它有的内容具体有多少，制定切实可行的计划，比如根据自己的可支配时间制定一个切实可行的学*计划，之后就是每天把这些计划付诸于行动，可能起初会觉得很难实施，这就是最难的一部分 "万事开头难"，在任何情况下必须给自己足够的信心与学*的动力，持续一个或两个月，跟着书籍的录音进行边听边模仿，你应尽自己所能把你所模仿过的内容记忆下来；可能你会觉得你所记得东西会在转眼之际忘得精光，不要怕这是正常的，一定要坚持这样做，即使背了又忘背了又忘，你也得坚持；因为这是你刚开始学*，你的大脑几乎就没有英语意识，唯有持续反复的拓展你对英语的感知能力，这正需要你大量的记忆与朗读去改善一切的陌生。没有更好的途径，只有不断地听，不断地模仿。在模仿过程中改正自己中式英语的口腔，只有真正的模仿才会发现自己的发音存在很多问题；一定要模仿与听力结合起来；这是极为重要的一个步骤，或者可以说是不可缺少的步骤，同时不断的坚持记忆，还有在你记忆的过程中不要贪多，刚开始你会觉得你记得那么少、那么慢。你可能会怀疑自己的能力，怀疑自己学*外语没有天赋，记文章、单词是如此缓慢，这可能会低估自己的语言能力，任何情况下你都要意识到，你是在学*外语而不是运用母语。你可不把自己想象成为一名刚出生的婴儿呢？把自己想象成什么都不会，正在苦苦的挣扎着去学*大人说话的那个场景，从某种意义说，我们学英语一定比婴儿刚开始学说话更据优势，因为我们的意识已经很成熟了，很多东西自己知道灵活的利用与处理，而小孩呢？当你仔细你观察他们学说话时，你会发现他们说话的过程是很艰辛的！

做包天仁的奥英竞赛辅导书，是做初二或者初三的，一定要去记后面的词组，接着做些中考题要买多一些难度比较大的阅读和完形填空来做（毕竟阅读和完形占的分值很大），最后就是要搞定作文，要积累一些优美的句子，多练一下，尽量让文章流畅，语言优美。

你学的是牛津英语吧

牛津的话记下单词、词组就好了，感觉我们以前考试、测验课内的知识都不多，几乎都是完形、阅读拉分。

我只推荐方法，不推荐网站，因为我不通过网站我的英语也学的挺好的 我是一个高考的过来人，高考成绩129分，*时大考碰狗屎运也考过130+的分数。

首先我想请阁下明白一个道理冰冻三尺非一日之寒，所以坚持很重要，英语是一门很看重积累的科目。

虽然我高考已经好多年了，而且今年即将大学毕业，踏入社会。

但英语一直没有丢，英语一直是我的排头兵

其实，英语是为日后工作服务的,本人最*面试，觉得口语和作文很重要，口语就只能自己抓住一切机会（课堂或者社团）练*了，而作文就是*时积累的。

主要就是积累一些高级词汇（其中那又分动词，形容词，副词等），好的句子，有哲理性的句子（如happiness does not necessarily reside in wealth and power

或者 life is a mixture of challenge and opportunity这是本人自创的，见笑了）。

这些就是我积累的标准吧。

有的时候我指定的标准又会流于无形，这是因为本人不是一个很有毅力的人，有时胡乱记，但记得住，我就很满意。

我个人的感觉是，有时候形式可能不重要，重要的是学到了东西，记住了，记牢了，就行了。

总之，作文和口语是最重要的，加油吧

我对英语的自信还有，我觉得学好英语不难，重要的是你要有恒心，急躁冒进，三天打渔两天晒网都是不行的。

在这里我就毛遂自荐一下我的学*方法吧： 首先先你要端正心态，不要急躁，，你做你自己的事，这样才能静下心来学*。

要成为英语高手就必须比别人走更多的路，做更多的事。

你应该明白一个事实，英语是单词和语法的综合，所以单词和语法都要拿下。

其次，对于单词，有如下几种方法，第一个，是加强记忆的频度，也就是说，早上记了几个，隔几个小时又看一次，总之一天之内，记忆的间隔不要太长，否则你辛苦积累的记忆会随着时间的延长而淡化，第二个，是可以根据自己的理解编顺口溜，比如good morning 是狗摸你…（见笑了）…，第三个，最重要的是，记单词的时候，不要忘了阅读，一边记单词，一边看文章，这样可以把孤立的单词串联起来，记忆的效果会加倍，第四个。

我建议你记单词要分门别类记忆，要形成一个意群，比如，重要性用magnitude magnificence ，表示非常，大大地有exceedingly，tremendously，extremely……这样做在你写作时，是十分有好处的，写作时不要尽写一些低级词汇，你要写高级词汇，比如重要性写magnitude，许多写a multitude of 或者handsome。

再次，是语法。

学*语法，首先要明白什么是主谓宾定状补，什么是系动词，什么是直接宾语，间接宾语，这些是学*语法的基础，语法是房子，主谓宾定状补等是沙石砖瓦。

然后就要多做一些语法专项练*，并在此过程中不断总结，并时时回顾那些了解，那些依然不理解，需要注意的是，那些不理解的一定要花时间弄清楚，否则对自己的不负责将会导致英语语法一知半解的结局

这对于想成为英语高手的人来说，是十分不利的

（注：本人从开始时不知主谓宾，到熟练掌握语法，把语法书看了不下二十遍，书都翻烂了

莫笑本人愚笨……） 最后，我建议你，*时读报，或者做题的时候，发现有好的句子好的词汇，你要抄下来，长期下来，你的作文会有提高的，需要说明的是，这个提高过程可能很缓慢，但是最后能收到很好的效果，以前25分的作文我都能保证在21-23这个级别，靠的就是对语法的熟练掌握和积累了许多较高级的词汇，句型，句子。

我个人的理解是，在你的语法达到基本不会出错的程度上，作文便应该以词汇取胜，因为在这个层次上，大家的语法都差不多，没什么变化，唯一有变化的就是你的词汇

给你打个比方吧，很多想到“许多”就用many，但是你别忘了many a ；handsome；massive，innumerable；很多人想到“专家”就写expert，但很少人会想到specialist，很多人在想到“擅长”这词，就写be good at ，却不知还有更高级的表达法：be expert at 或者excel in ……高手和庸才，就体现在这些细微的差别上
