如何写记叙文
【写作指导】
记叙文(Narration)是以记叙人物的经历或事物的发展变化过程为主的一种文体。它是写作训练中最普遍、最基本的一种。一般说来,它大致分为三类:
一是以记人为主的记叙文,即以人物为中心组织材料,围绕这个人物可以写一件事,也可写几件事;
二是以写事为主的记叙文,即以事件为中心组织材料,围绕中心事件可以写一个人,也可以写几个人;
三是以写景状物为主的记叙文。
但应注意的是,在一篇记叙文中,写人、写景、写事往往是交织在一起的,不能截然分开,但各有侧重。
【基本要求】
1. 交代清楚人物(who/whom)、时间(when)、地点(where)、事由(what)。
2. 按故事或事件发生的时间先后依次叙述。
3. 主题鲜明,内容清楚。
文章中的故事应有头有尾,要写出事情的发生、发展、变化及结束的过程。确切地说,在记叙时要把与一件事物有关的时间、地点、人物、原因等因素交代清楚,才能给人一种完整的认识和印象。
4. 层次分明,有条有理。
记叙时,要有开头,正文及结尾。有时涉及几个人或几件事,一件事往往牵涉到相关的次要事情;有时一件大事中还包括小事,这就要对记叙的事情做出分析,分清主线和副线,围绕主线安排副线。
5. 详略得当,主次适宜。
记叙事情时,要注意主题鲜明突出,清楚具体,内容感人深刻。写人时,要抓住典型事例、典型行动和表现。对中心事件和最能表现中心思想的地方,要详细叙述;次要的东西,就少写或不写。
【注意事项】
1. 仔细审题,确定主题。文章的目的、内容、结构层次以及语言的运用,都要围绕主题进行。
2. 根据情景提示和主题,安排文章的结构层次,用每段的首句即主题句来指明段落的中心思想。安排好关键的主题句,就会使中心更加突出,眉目清楚。
3. 要进行审题,根据内容需要,确定好句子的种类、句型结构和*惯表达。这样可以避免*式的`英语,提高语言的正确性。初写时,多模仿句型写简单句,循序渐进,逐步深化。

What is Your Recovery Rate?
What is your recovery rate? How long does it take you to recover from actions and behaviors that upset you? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? The longer it takes you to recover, the more influence that incident has on your actions, and the less able you are to perform to your personal best. In a nutshell, the longer it takes you to recover, the weaker you are and the poorer your performance.
You are well aware that you need to exercise to keep the body fit and, no doubt, accept that a reasonable measure of health is the speed in which your heart and respiratory system recovers after exercise. Likewise the faster you let go of an issue that upsets you, the faster you return to an equilibrium, the healthier you will be. The best example of this behavior is found with professional sportspeople. They know that the faster they can forget an incident or missd opportunity and get on with the game, the better their performance. In fact, most measure the time it takes them to overcome and forget an incident in a game and most reckon a recovery rate of 30 seconds is too long!
Imagine yourself to be an actor in a play on the stage. Your aim is to play your part to the best of your ability. You have been given a script and at the end of each sentence is a ful stop. Each time you get to the end of the sentence you start a new one and although the next sentence is related to the last it is not affected by it. Your job is to deliver each sentence to the best of your ability.
Don’t live your life in the past! Learn to live in the present, to overcome the past. Stop the past from influencing your daily life. Don’t allow thoughts of the past to reduce your personal best. Stop the past from interfering with your life. Learn to recover quickly.
Remember: Rome wasn’t built in a day. Reflect on your recovery rate each day. Every day before you go to bed, look at your progress. Don’t lie in bed saying to you, “I did that wrong.” “I should have done better there.” No. look at your day and note when you made an effort to place a full stop after an incident. This is a success. 在经济飞速发展的今天,英语已经成为各国交流的支柱性语言,而当今我国中学生学*英语还存在不少的问题,这样对未来的社会发展有着严重的制约性。若通过对各个问题进行分析,实施一些实际、有效的方法来解决目前中学存在的各种问题,则可以全面提高学生学*英语的兴趣和信心,并彻底改变目前课堂上出现的各种不良现象。
1.例举问题的存在
1.1对出现的问题进行调查
1.1.1中小学生英语基础普遍薄弱
根据笔者对七年级学生学*英语情况调查的结果显示:在中学有70%的学生英语基础偏差,单词读、写困难;20%的学生基础可以,但对英语学*不感兴趣,导致实际英语成绩较差;5%的学生英语基础较好,但受整个英语学*环境的影响,英语读、写能力提高缓慢,5%的学生根本上就放弃了学*。实际上中学生英语的基础,比统计的情况更严峻,在简单的音标、语法、时态等方面都错误连篇,而英语会话和写作方面就更加不堪设想。
1.2对各个问题进行列举和分析
1.2.1孩子与英语接触过迟导致学*效率低实践证明,孩子学*英语有个“关键时期”,过了关键时期再学就很难达到母语的水*(尤其是语音方面)。把握好这种时机,责任完全在于学生的父母及老师,利用好6-13岁这个最佳的学*英语时机,可以给孩子学*英语打下良好的基础,在孩子升入初中、高中后,英语的学*压力自然会小很多,可以把有限的精力更多的投入到其他科目中去。而没有利用好6-13岁这个最佳学*英语时机的学生,英语基础就会相对较差,在升入初中高中后,一下子又增加了许多科目,学*压力加重,如果把精力*均分到各科去,英语成绩会越来越差,把过多的精力用来补*英语,其他科目就又受到影响。所以错过了最佳的学*时机,后天再努力,成效也不大,这就是家长投入了很多资金请家教、上补*班,孩子的英语成绩依旧没有多大提高的原因。而我国的学校一般在七年级也就是初中一年级才开设英语课程,这样就错过了孩子学*英语的黄金时期,导致了以后学*的积极性不强和学*效率的下降。
1.2.2主观或客观因素影响学生学*英语的积极性有些农村家长对子女英语学*的观念还处在原始阶段,认为学了又不是出国,又没有外国人来找你谈事,没有必要学的很深,不如多学点别的有用的东西更实际。另外,有些喜爱英语的学生在大声朗读出来时,会遭到别的同学嘲笑或鄙视,使得自尊心受挫,从而丧失朗读的勇气,这些情况很大程度上给学生带来了心理负担和压力,直接或间接抹杀了中学生学*英语的积极性。
1.2.3口语差造成中学生对自己学好英语失去信心
英语教学中,口语是学*英语的关键。可实际中口语是学生学*英语最为薄弱的环节,音标基础差,会话能力弱,不敢说,不愿读,怕出错。另外,地方性方言也会对口语发音造成一定的影响,摩擦音中的[f]、破擦音中的[tf]发音时都要求舌头不能往后缩,否则就容易发成汉语中的卷舌音,而有些地方性(如:张家界)方言主要以卷舌音为主,因此在这两个音标的发音上就很容易出错。音标发音不准,单词不会读,造成记忆单词困难,听写困难、背、读课文困难、理解课文困难。跟讲课进度一点都合不上拍,找不到学*英语的感觉,对自己学*英语的能力产生怀疑,失去对英语学*的信心。
然而,仅仅了解中学生学*英语过程中存在的问题是远远不够的,还必须对存在的问题进行分析,找到其解决方法并加以实施,才能从本质上改善和提高中学生学*英语的效率。
2.解决方法
2.1家庭教育的重要性让孩子从小就接触英语。家长首先端正自己的观念和态度,明白英语对个人和社会重要性。当孩子很小的时候就应该像教母语一样耐心地把这门知识传述给他们,督促和鼓励孩子进行这方面的学*,并让他们从心里产生对英语的渴望和兴趣,不要盲目灌输和错误引导。小学英语的学*好坏,将会对孩子的一生产生重要影响,然而现在很多家长对小学英语重视不够,认为孩子升了初中、高中才是主科,才有必要重视。可是这些家长不知道,错过了英语的最佳时机,将会给孩子的一生带来多大影响。这的确是让执教者担心的问题。
2.2从基础做起,落实基础性知识的培养
2.2.1调查摸底,从基础开始,落实英语音标、语法基础知识
中学英语的第一堂课起着关键的作用,是改变学生对英语学*态度的重要一步。通过调查摸底,了解学生对英语基础知识的掌握程度,根据学生对英语基本知识点的掌握程度,有计划地进行音标、基本语法知识的补*,在补*的讲解过程中一定要注意,尽可能让学生落实音标、语法基础,使学生敢读、敢说;并给予表扬、鼓励和肯定,形成有效的鼓励机制,树立学生对学*英语的.信心,使学生对英语学*产生积极的心理响应,引导和培养学生的学*兴趣。
2.2.2需要重视英语学*并了解西方文化
(1)以2004年中考改革为例,取消补全对话的题目而历史性的增加英语口试考核,就明显体现了出题者不再满足于考生会选择运用交际英语,更要求考生能通过自己的嘴巴把话说出来,同时对初中生英语的语音语调也是很看重的,所以提高交际口语能力,对中学生学好英语是非常重要的。
(2)学*英语语言,还要学*西方文化。学英语并不仅在于学语言本身,而更需要学*西方那一套丰富多彩的文化内涵。作为*人,我们当然也要了解自己的文化,然后把中西文化比较一下,就会发现很多有趣之处。对同一件事,西方人想问题和我们想问题有什么不同?他们有哪些生活*惯和我们不同,又有哪些相同的地方?等等。事实已经证明,掌握更多(母语是)英语国家文化的学生,在英语成绩和大小考试中表现更优越。了解了更多的文化背景,在阅读英语文段、听对话或短文和在语法题中体验语境都有非常明显的帮助。
2.3提高学*自信心
2.3.1实行理想、信念教育,树立学生学*英语的信心
理想、信念对于学生的成长起着举足轻重的作用。但是在学*英语的过程中.中学生对于理想、信念的认识程度具有一定的局限性,错误地认为,对英语知识的掌握程度和干好工作没有直接的联系,导致对于英语学*放松,甚至于放弃。在现代化进程日益加快的今天,英语的应用已经渗透到了我们工作、生活的各个方面,没有一定的英语知识水*,就看不懂设备的说明、工艺流程的变化、工艺参数的指示等最简单的生产常识,更无法谈起操作设备、改进工艺和提高质量,也就无法干好工作。再如生活中大多数家庭电器的说明都使用英语,读不懂说明又何谈正确使用呢?因此,加强理想、信念教育是适应社会发展的需要,是适应教育特点的需要、是适应英语教学的需要,更是树立学生要学好英语的信心的需要。
2.3.2实行教育心理教学法,培养学生学*英语的主动性
教育心理教学就是在教学活动过程中,观察学生的学*心理,最大限度地调动学生学*的主动性和积极性,使之配合老师的讲解,合上老师讲课的节拍,跟上老师授课的进度,达到最佳的教、学状态,培养学生的学*主动性,向有限的课堂教学时间挑战,争取最大的学*效率。课外,老师和学生搞好关系,建立友谊,使师生之间隔阂逐渐减少,从而更轻松自然的进行英语交流来提高学生的英语水*。
3训练方法
3.1在课堂上采取各种方法来提高学*兴趣
3.1.1运用现代化图文并茂的音、像教学设施,创造宽松的学*环境,积极培养学生学*英语的兴趣
现代化的教学设施为老师授课提供了先进的技术支持,更为改变传统的教学方式提供了必要的物质基础。合理的运用多媒体音、像教学设施,做到直观、趣味,使学生易于接受,不仅做到有直观的感性认识,更要有趣味的理性讲解,从而改变了一成不变的课堂、严肃认真的老师、枯燥无味的环境,使学生对学*英语产生浓厚的兴趣。
3.1.2合理使用表扬来提高学*成绩一般来说表扬、鼓励、奖励要比批评、指责、惩罚更能有效地激发学*动机。赫洛克曾把100名四、五年级的学生分成四个等组,在四种不诱因的情况下进行加法练*,每天15分钟,共进行5天。第一组为受表扬组,每次练*后给予表扬和鼓励;第二组为受训斥组,每次练*后,严加训斥;第三组为观察组,每次练*后,即不表扬也不给予批评,完全不注意他们,只让其静听其他两组受表扬和受批评;第四组为控制组,让他们与另外三组儿童隔离,单独练*,不给予任何评价;最后的结果就学*的*均成绩来看,三个实验组的成绩均优于控制组,受表扬组和受训斥组的成绩又明显优于观察组,而受表扬组的成绩不断上升。这表明对学*结果进行评价,能强化学*动机,对学*起促进作用。适当表扬的效果明显优于批评,而批评的效果比没有批评好。
3.2进行心理辅导和各种训练方法来提高自信心和克服心理障碍
3.2.1传述各种学*方法来提高学*兴趣
(1)帮助学生进行自我分析,如指出学*的薄弱环节,通过一些专门练*使得到提高;学会通过体会学*乐趣,自我暗示,自我奖励来消除畏惧心理,树立起学好英语的自信心;就是从心理给予自己目标,时刻提醒自己未完成的任务,例如“我今天该完成多少的任务,现在还有多少没完成,我会战胜这些困难的!”从心理上给予自己能力的肯定。
(2)分析如何进入最佳学*记忆状态。在早上或者是睡觉前,把刚刚学到的新单词大声读一读或者默默的在心里想一想,如果第二天能记得昨天所学单词及用法,那么就进入了最佳状态。
(3)如果在记忆单词上有困难的,可以用各种联想的方法、简单循环记忆法、复合循环记忆法记单词:
①联想的方法,即在记忆外语单词时先在本族语言中找一个语音与外语类似,且能产生有趣联想的词。如英文的“gas”(煤气)一词,可以用汉语“该死”作关键词。两者读音相似,又可以产生“人因煤气中毒而死”的联想。这样“gas”一词很容易记住了。
②简单循环记忆就是每次记少量的内容,在过一段时间(可以是10分钟,半个小时或者一天)后又拿来记忆一遍,依次循环记忆成自己的知识为止。
③复合循环记忆就是把要记住的单词(gift)放在不同的句子中来运用来加强记忆,eg:I had bought a gift for my mother;and the gift was a beautful gold-fish.
(4)综合练*,每天选少量不同的题型(选择题、阅读、听力)在一定时间内做好。
(5)课后要进行反省:这堂课我们学到了什么,所学到的东西和以前学*的知识有什么联系,怎样将这些知识充分地运用等等通过这些方法,练*和反省,可以让同学们从心理上消除畏惧心理,产生成就感,对英语的学*兴趣就会自然地提高。
3.2.2.学生是学*的主体,教师只是主导。在老师的帮助下,学生自己也要进行一些心理训练
(1)教师从多方面消除学生的心理障碍。首先教师要相信学生,多鼓励学生。在教学活动中要视学生为学*主体,经常鼓励他们,给他们以表现的机会。在师生的交往中,教师所运用表扬或积极评价,常是激发和调动学生学*动机的手段。除此之外,教师对学生的期望对其学*动机的影响也是不可小视的。美国心理学家罗森塔尔及其合作者曾做过一个研究,他们让中学生做一次所谓的潜力测试,实际上是一般的测试;然后在各个班级随机抽取少数学生,故意告诉任课老师,这些学生当年取得显著进步;八个月后,他们的学*成绩果然比其他学生进步快。这一现象被称为“教师期待效应”。这意味着,在课堂教学中,教师对学*能力或行为的期望,会通过教师和学生的交流传递给学生,激发学生的学*动机,并导致教师的期望的行为发生。其次,教师还要创造适宜的学*环境, 实行趣味教学法,激发学*兴趣;趣味教学就是以引导学生学*兴趣为主导,和老师进行互动,在教学中穿插一些生动的英语故事情节、幽默的英语笑话、国外的风土人情等,并让学生在课堂上进行表演,使枯燥地英语学*变得生动而有活力,逐渐形成浓厚的学*氛围,培养学生学*英语的兴趣。最后教师还要传授正确的学*方法,如怎么来记忆单词,怎样理解课文等等。(2)学生自己进行一些心理自我训练。包括:
①回忆学*给自己带来的乐趣;经过一段时间的学*,在这期间我得到了什么表扬或者是老师的肯定。
②开始学*时许诺自己学*完后可以做自己喜欢做的事;比如背了这篇课文后,我可以去打篮球或者是乒乓球等等。
③不断给自己一些有益的自我言语暗示;在自己不行的时候或者是失败以后,千万不能气馁,要给自己鼓励和加油,时刻提醒自己一定能行!结论:改善和提高中学生学*英语的效率是一项艰巨的任务,不仅要注重基础知识的巩固与讲解,还要根据学生的心理特点,制定出一套适合学生的学*方法,来调动学生学*英语的积极性和主动性。虽然中学生英语学*过程中还存在很多不足之处,但是只要我们不断的努力和探讨,培养出适应社会需要的高素质人才将不再是困扰教师们的难题。
